First flying the nest in 2017 when founded by George Bootle and Rachel Eben, BootleBird’s first production was a self-funded original comedy murder mystery, directed by Rachel, written by George and produced for a limited run at The Battersea Barge.

Today, BootleBird have begun work on our newest venture of producing Star-cross'd, a new play exploring William Shakespeare’s 'Romeo and Juliet', but told from the other room..
